pasta with mushroom sauce
boil pasta (even mo can do that!)
sauce
onions
garlic
mushrooms
wine white
cream
butter
basil
salt / pepper
saute the onions and garlic - add mushrooms saute. deglaze pan with wine.
add butter stir
then cream stir
add basil
check s/p
toss the pasta in the sauce and let it cook for a minute.
enjoy
shrimp and grits
grits (pressure cooker style)
simmer broth
while stirring add med coarse corn meal
add till the mixture starts to thicken (like cream of wheat)
add the lid and let cook for 15 -20 minutes
do not stir after your put the lid on.
the pot will look messy but it cleans up easily.
no pressure cooker - no problem do the same but stir from time to time
