batch one:
one musk melon
small bunch of fresh mint
2 tbs water
placed all ingredient in blender and blend.
fill popsicle molds and freeze.
batch two:
vanilla yogurt fresh
lavender
fresh mint
one orange squeezed
sugar to taste
Blend, pour & freeze.
* I used cocktail plastic forks with the molds
Batch 3
Yogurt
Sugar
Rosemary
Cashews
Batch four:
Mix berries (frozen)
Cherry concentrate
Heavy cream (2tbs)
Anise
Water
Sugar
Made a 2 1/2 cup batch because 2 cups doesn't quite fit my dozen forms.
So I leaned how to do a cornet fold And tried making Popsicles with them.... Well I didn't love it.
First off the paper cornish (cone) has a natural hole in the end that has to be blocked, I used a small amount of marshmallow.
Second, getting the cones to stand up while filling was extremely hard and then the cones went out of shape by pressing against themselves.
I am going to repeat the fold but for using as a piping bag or a holder for goodies such as nuts and stuff!
