Salad: Red beans olive pineapple italian

Salad:
1 12 oz can red beans rinsed
2 cloves garlic
1/4 sweet onion minced
1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed or not)
1/4 lg bell pepper small diced 
1/4 c minced pineapple (canned and reserve liquid)
4-6 green olives minced 
Handful of fresh parsley minced 
3-5 leaves fresh mint minced 


Dressing:
3 tbs Olive oil
2 tbs Pineapple liquid 
1/2 an Orange juiced
1/2 lemon juiced
1-2 tsp vinegar (apple cider or red wine) 
Salt & pepper to taste
