Ash Soup sans noodles



2 large onions

6-8 cloves of garlic, minced

1 cup red kidney beans, 

1 cup chickpeas,

1 cup lentils

1 bunch parsley, chopped

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

1 bunch scallion or chives, chopped 

1 bunch fresh mint

1 bunch spinach, fresh or frozen, chopped

2 tsp turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste
