cannellini & black olive spread

1 can cannellini beans rinsed
1/4 cup of pitted kalamata olives
1/4 cup olive oil
1-3 cloves garlic (depending on size and your taste)
1/8 tsp chili flakes
1/2 lemon juice and a few shaves lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt

4 oz jar of pimento peppers drained
handful parsley chopped


Take all ingredients, less the pimentos and parsley, and place into a food processor and blend till smooth.

removed dip from food processor and in a mixing bowl fold in the pimentos and parsley.

taste and adjust salt.

done.
