chia pudding ratio / 1 cup liquid + 1/2 cup chia seeds

mexi chocolate; chocolate, cinnamon, cayenne, sugar 

blueberry lavender (add the coconut/alt milk and bring to a simmer. Lower the temperature so it isn’t bubbling or simmering at all and add the lavender buds. Cover and allow to steep with the heat off for 10 minutes, or so. chocolate: cocoa powder, sugar 

passion fruit: passion fruit concentrate, sugar 

chia: cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, sugar

golden milk: turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, black pepper, sugar 

strawberry: lightly stew fresh strawberries in sugar

pineapple turmeric lemon banana with coconut milk 

dark cherry - make 2 cups cashew milk and replace 1/2 cups water with 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
