sourdough pasta

 





1 1/2 cups flour 

1/2 cup started discard 

2 eggs 

mix all together either by hand or in a mixer with a dough hook. 

kneed for 3-5 minutes. 

place into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let sit on the counter for several hours ferment rising. 

i usually make by noon and cook by 6pm. the longer you let it ferment the taste can change.
