vegan pizza snack bar - test run

 


I wanted to have an additional item for the snax boxes that also works for everyone so here is a trail run for vegan/ keto/ gf biscuit- croquette -cookie-  ball- bar. 


1 C gf rolled or quick oats

1 C almond Flour 

1 tsp K salt 

2 Tbs flax seed  or chia seed (for stickiness) 

 1/2 C unsweetened cashew milk or other alt milk 


1 tbs each oregano and basil or any other dried herb

1/4 C fresh parsley 

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

2-3 Tbs nutritional yeast flakes 

1/4 sun dried tomatoes 

1/4 onions minced and sauted 

1/2 olives chopped 

1/2 chopped nuts (cashews/ almonds/ walnuts)
