275 grams almond meal
90 grams tapioca flour

1/2 tsp clove
2 medium bananas - super ripe
1/4 cup of pineapple juice from canned pineaplle

440 grams crushed pineapple - remove the juice
3/4 cup walnuts or pecans piecesDRY: mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
WET: in a blender, food processor or by hand take the bananas, pineapple juice, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla and blend till the bananas are more smooth than chunky.
Fold the wet into the dry and combine. After combined fold in crushed pineapple and walnuts.
BAKE: 350F 30-40 minutes depending on pan
