Pesto Meatballs

 









2 lbs meat  - using ground turkey

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp onion powder 

 2 cloves garlic minced 

1/8 tsp chili flakes 

1 tsp brown sugar 

1 tsp salt kosher

1 shallot diced( large or smaller ones to the equal amount or 1 medium onion )

1 cup pesto - store-bought or homemade

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for gluten-free 

1/3 cup pecorino or parmesan 


baked in the oven for 25 minutes. 

when we reheated for a different meal we skewered them and then grilled them on the bbq and they were azaming!
