Almond flour Chocolate Cake with vegan Chocolate frosting






preheat the oven to 350F around 30-35 minutes


4 eggs room temp
1 1/2 cup cane sugar

1/2 cup oil 
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups/ 280 g almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2  teaspoon salt

in a mixer or wire whip cream the eggs and sugar together then add the oil and vanilla.

sift the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.

add the dry ingredients to the wet and fold together and put into your desired pan. 

I am going to make a bunt cake but this also could be a sheet cake
