Pork loin bone-in with gochujang, soy, and brown sugar marinade.
And a banchan of bok choy with a sauce of toasted garlic oil /oyster sauce/water/ sugar/rice vinegar
1 part oyster sacuse
2 parts hot water
2 parts garlic oil
1 part sugar
1 part rice vinegar
stir together to combine and serve over blanched bok choy and I also sauteed zucchini and used the same sauce
