Immunity tincture




2-4 cloves garlic pressed or minced and leave aside for 10 minutes

1 tablespoon honey 
1 tablespoon hot water to thin the honey 
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar from a mother

juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange - used 5 cutie mandarins 
2-3 tbsp fresh ginger grated 
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pinch cinnamon- I used a few cinnamon chips
1 pinch of kosher, Pink Himalayan, or sea salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric fresh if you have it dried fine 
black pepper  - several short grinds
