Elotes:
1/2 cup cotija crumbled fine,
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Mexican crema
1/4 cup cilantro
one garlic clove minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder or ancho chili powder
combine & mix
Spread it on hot grilled corn
Sprinkle with extra cotija , chili powder, cotija cheese and cilantro as topping too , lime wedges for serving too
