8 oz Napa cabbage sliced 
Handful green onions

For batter: 

1 cup stock 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/3 cup flour ap
2/3 cup potato starch or corn starch 

Dip sauce 
1/2 tsp gochu- garu or other hot pepper flakes 
1 tbsp white vinegar 
1 green onion
1 tsp desejam seeds
