overnight chia & chia oats pudding

 2 1/2 cup alt milk (house cashew & almond milk)

1/3 cup chia seeds 

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats 

1/3 cup maple syrup or another sweetener 

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and or other extracts: almond, rose, coconut, etc

* other ingredients to put in overnight: bananas, spices - cinnamon, cardamom, lemon zest, 

mix all ingredients together and let them stand in the fridge overnight 

Toppings: pecan, sliced almonds, cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, fresh berries or diced fruit, dried berries or fruit, chopped nuts, seeds, nut butter, yogurt, granola, cacao nibs



Ground Chia Pudding - golden pineapple 

2 cups golden milk: fresh turmeric, cinnamon, clove, fresh ginger, black pepper, 

1/2 cup chia seeds

fresh pineapple

1 tsp psyllium husk (testing the amount )

1 tsp flax seed          (testing the amount )


This will be a smooth chia pudding with pineapple blended into and chunks on top 

if you'd like not to have this smooth then the ratio for thick with seeds 1 1/4 cup liquid to 1/2 cup chia seeds
