Red lentil wrap pancakes test

 Red lentil wrap pancakes - 

1 cup lentils 

2 cups water 

1/2tsp salt

3 tbsp oil for cooking 

Wash and rinse red lentils 


Soak red lentils 1 part lentil 2 parts water for 2-6 hours. 


After soaking time add the lentils with the water plus thesalt to a blender till smooth - NO LUMPS 

you should not have to add water but if its too thick add a little water. 


In a hot pan add oil and then pour a thin batter into the pan and cook till the edges turn a little brown then flip to the other side. 

 

use as a wrap or tortilla
