Almond chocochip cookies with raisins, hazelnuts and chocolate chips


 

DRY
1 cup almond flour 
1 cup ap flour 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp baking powder

WET
1 egg room temp 
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla 
1/4 cup coconut oil - melt to oil but not hot

GOODIES
1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips 
1/2 cup nuts - used hazelnuts
1/2 cup raisins

sift dry ingredients together

mix wet ingredients together - I added in the oil after all the other ingredients

fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, do not over mix

fold in the chocolate chips, nuts, and dry fruit

refrigerate the cookie batter for 30 minute 

on a parchment-lined baking sheet place the scooped cookies - I used a small cookie scoop around 35 grams and I pushed them down from the round shape

bake 350F for 12 minutes
