Chunjan Bowl











Sauce 

1/2 cup chunjang - Korean black-bean paste
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar

 

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups potatoes peeled and diced into small cubes

1 zucchini, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cups lukewarm water
2 carrots, peeled and diced

1 TB cornstarch
2 TB cold water

1 lb 
noodles - udon, linguine, Chinese egg noodles, any noodle should be  thick
* serve over rice as well 
splash of rice vinegar 

protein options: 
vegan- tvp, tofu
meat- pork or chicken
