sandwich aioli: garlic basil dijon & marinated onions / Ranch aioli

 

















GARLIC BASIL AIOLI 

23 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 cups mayonnaise
2 TB dijon mustard 
2 TB fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt

in a food processor, add the garlic and pulse to chop. 
next, add the basil and pulse to chop as well. 
now add everything into the food processor and blend till smooth. 

done.


MARINATED ONIONS


1 onion thinly sliced - I use a mandolin
olive oil 
red or white vinegar
salt
sugar
dried oregano 



RANCH AIOLI test

1 cup mayo 
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • Juice of 1 lemon wedge

  • 1 clove garlic

  • garlic powder to taste 

  • onion powder to taste 

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped chives and dill
