4 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoons smoked paprika
3 tablespoon granulated onion
2 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

MAKE AHEAD WITH ALL INGREDIENTS FOR FIRE CRACKER:
8 TB granulated garlic
1 TB smoked paprika
3 TB granulated onion
2 TB ground coriander
1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes
2 TB dried mustard
4 TB dried parsley flakes
3 TB cayenne pepper powder
Place all your crackers (all 4 sleeves) flat in a container - i used a large rectangle food storage container and lined the crackers in a row.
Seal the container.

Mix your oil and spices together in a bowl and stir to combine.
Drizzle over the crackers as evenly as possible.
Seal the container.
Flip the container upside down and let sit for 5 minutes.
Every five minutes, for 30 minutes.
Bake at 250F for 20 minutes
store in an airtight container
