Coconut chocolate nut cookies









 2 cups shredded coconut

1-2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup nuts (I used pecan, sliced almonds, hazelnuts)

153 grams sweetened condensed milk 

1/2 cup almond flour 


Mix together to combine then either use a large scoop or large spoon to measure the cookies on to a parchment overestimate cookie sheet. 

I used a large spoon which would be a heaping tablespoon, 

I spooned it out and with a damp hand pushed the cookies flatter on the cookie sheet. 

Bake 350F for 12-14 minutes or until the coconut looks toasted brown. 

Cool the cookies completely before eating. 

Store in an airtight container
