Crispy Potato Wedges

Serves 2 (1 potato per serving) 


2 Potatoes
1.5 TB Olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp onion pwoder
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
Smoked Salt
Coarse Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400F Air fry 

Cut your potatoes into wedges and then boil the potatoes in salted for 8-10 minutes or until tender. 

Drain the potatoes and place them into a bowl and then add the oil and seasonings, gently fold the potatoes not to break them up and evenly coated

Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 

Roast for 25 minutes or until golden.
