overnight chia and oats -test

 Makes 2 8 oz mason jar


RATIO: 3/4-1 cup liquid

                1/2 cup oats 

                2 TB chia seeds 

                1 TB maple syrup 

                1 tsp flavor - vanilla, almond, etc 


place everything into a small jar and stir. 

leave in the fridge over night and serve in the am. 


add on: 

strawberries

blueberries 

nuts

seeds
