300 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 TB pumpkin seeds, flax, chia
Stir all together
If too dry add Greek plain yogurt to add wetness ( I used house cottage cheese that I didn’t add cream to so it’s dryer than store bought)
