740 g/ 5 cups zucchini peeled and large cube
340 g / 2 cups apples
2-3 TB lemon juice
1-2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cardamom
2/3 c Monk fruit sweetener
1/4 tsp xanthan gun
Crumble
1 cup pecans
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour or oats
3/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
1/4 tsp salt kosher
1 tsp cinnamon added a bit cardamom as well
1/2 cup butter ( used vegan butter)
Bake 350°f 45-50 minutes or until zucchini is tender
