almond pepita roasted chili dip sauce - bitchin dupe



1/2 cup 150 ml water 
1/2 cup/120 ml oil, sans flavor avocado, vegetable 
3/4 cup almonds meal 
1/2 cup pepitas - pumpkins seeds roasted
5 TB/ 75 ml lemon juice
1/2 lemon zest
1TB/ 15 ml soy sauce or braggs aminos 
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 tsp each: salt, smokey paprika, cumin
1/8 tsp coriander 
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes 
1 tsp hatch chili powder (or more roasted chilies)
2-4 roasted jalapenos (first try o only had 2 jalapeños so I added the hatch powder)
