Calabrian Sausage

16 oz ground meat - using turkey 
1 tsp chili flakes
3 tsp calabrian chili in oil sauce 
1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 TB honey

1 TB water

3 tsp salt

*1/3 cup almond flour (add for meatballs) 

Sweet Italian 

1 lb ground meat - using turkey 

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoons whole fennel seeds, toasted
1 teaspoons dried oregano 

2 tsp sugar
1 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (hot sausage only)
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (hot sausage only)
