fresh salmon cakes with ricotta

1 lb fresh salmon (frozen defrost) 

1/2 sweet onion minced

1/2 jalapeno (or any type of pepper)

1/2 cup ricotta

1 TB mayo

2 tsp dijon

2 TB dill minced

2 TB cilantro minced

1 tsp adobo powder (or equ. onion & garlic powder)

1 tsp old bay seasoning 

2 tsp salt 

cornmeal for coating the cakes 

oil spray to coat the cakes

airfryer: 20 minutes
